Race Date: Saturday, October 17th HS Varsity, JV, and MS (5/6th & 7/8th Division Races.

Location: (NE San Antonio) River City Community Church Athletic Fields (Old Verizon Wireless Amphitheater)
16765 Lookout Rd, Selma, TX 78154. (Across the street from Retama Park)
CHIP TIMING with Finish Line Race Clock by V Fit Productions with Dual Timing System.
Live Results: Each Race will be posted online at VFIT Results immediately after each race has finished.
Please make all checks payable to: Family Educators Alliance of South Texas, (FEAST)

Race packet pick-ups 1.00-1.50 hour before #Race Time (Girls and Boys #) Packet pick-up closes at 10:00am.
All races are determined by seeded times individual or by team using MileSplit TX.
Runners can warm-up at any time in the designated Warm-up area. (See Facility Map)
Team Camps permitted in the designated areas only. (See Facility Map) Camps must be 20 feet apart from other camps and not near the Start or Finish Line areas.
After the runner finishes their race they need to leave the finish line area and not stay in the chute area. Proceed to their Team Camp or Cool Down Area.

REGISTRATION OPEN: Tuesday, August 11, 2020. “FIRST COME FIRST SERVE”

REGISTRATION CLOSES: Monday, October 12th (11:59pm CDT)

Entry Fee: High Schools and Middle Schools Teams $10 per RUNNER.

$15 per runner for all Schools/Teams that have less than 10 runners-for all combined divisions registered on MileSplit TX.

School entry fees are based on the MileSplit Registration that is entered and not who actually runs the day of the meet since chip timing bibs are being used and cannot be given back for runners that don’t run.

$20 per runner for online Unattached Runners VFIT Online Registration: Payment Online.

Awards: Medals will be awarded to top 10 for each race. (MS 5/6th Boys and Girls will receive 10 medals each)
