Location: Bear Branch Fields, The Woodlands, TX
Directions: I-45 to The Woodlands; Exit Research Drive. Bear Branch Fields are located on your left
approximately 3 miles from the interstate.
Course: 4k & 1.5miles

Cost: Boys’ Teams…$100; Girls’ Teams… $100; (Maximum fee of $200 per school)
**Note: We are NOT in the Athletic Director’s Agreement. This is a Booster Club sponsored meet, so EVERY school must pay to participate. Please make checks payable to TWHS Girls’ XC Booster Club. If you send checks via mail, please address them to: The Woodlands High School, c/o Girls’ CC- Juris Green; 6101 Research Forest Dr., The Woodlands, TX 77381.

All races will be chip-timed.
Awards/Results: Results will be tabulated at the end of each race and posted shortly thereafter. Results will also be posted on the website: txmilesplit.com. Awards will be given to the top 2 teams in each division, as well as the top 15 finishers in each race.
Parking: Bus parking will take place at The Woodlands High School (6101 Research Forest Drive, TW, 77381). We will have a shuttle van for your convenience, however it would be wise to have another coach or parent who has a vehicle to assist in picking you up from TWHS after parking to expedite your return to the park. See the attached map for traffic flow through the park for drop off and pick up. Bus parking at TWHS: Turn left onto Millenium and enter TWHS parking lot in the one of two parking lot entrances.

Weather: The forecast through the week shows rain each day. This course is almost 100% on crushed gravel, so we should be ok unless the parks department say otherwise.
