VXC 2023 Day 1 is here and we are excited to see everyone tomorrow!
We are meeting 6:00 am at the VHS Track tomorrow and on most days this first semester.
You will need to complete the following prior to attending practice.
1. Updated Athletic Physical (turned in and approved by the athletic trainer)
2. UIL Forms (completed and signed online)

Please wear running attire, running shoes and bring a re-fillable water bottle in addition to your phone.
Check in will start at 6:00 am and once your are checked in you may start running around the track (lights on as early at 5:45 am). If you need to turn in your physical, the trainers will be available in their offices starting at 5:45 am.
